Mayo Clinic and its community partners plan to submit a proposal to the 2013 Minnesota Legislature to finance the public investment needed to facilitate the private Destination Medical Center investments here in Minnesota. DMC is a project that will benefit the entire state and it cannot be realized without a strong coalition of support throughout Minnesota.
