Planning and Progress on Rochester’s Sustainability Goals
Please join us on Wednesday, January 9 for the first Sustainability Series of 2019. In this presentation, Kevin Bright, energy and sustainability director for the Destination Medical Center Economic Development Agency (DMC EDA) and City of Rochester, will review the progress that the City of Rochester and the DMC has made towards its environmental goals in 2018. He will review the Office’s energy and sustainability plans for 2019 as it relates to the City and the DMC initiative. Emphasis will be provided on topics that cover the interests of both organizations and align with other projects planned for 2019 including transportation elements like the City Loop and its relationship to the City and DMC’s overarching sustainability goals.
