First Avenue is being designed as a curbless, pedestrian-friendly street that will provide many benefits to enrich the Heart of the City experience.
See the future for yourself at First Avenue and Peace Plaza during a prototyping activity between 12:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday is also Rochester Downtown Alliance Ladies Night Out.
