The Destination Medical Center Corporation Board of Directors officially transferred the draft DMC Development Plan to the City of Rochester last week, marking the start of a 60-day review process from city officials. An updated draft is available for download as a pdf. An executive summary also is available for download.
Part of the city’s planned review process includes two public input forums—one at the February Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and a follow-up at the March City Council meeting.
Planning and Zoning will hold a public testimony hearing, similar to public forums for any other project proposed within city limits. The commission will then form a series of recommendations for the City Council.
