The Destination Medical Center Corporation Board of Directors officially transferred the draft DMC Development Plan to the City of Rochester last week, marking the start of a 60-day review process from city officials. Part of the city’s planned review process includes two public input forums—one at the February Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and a follow-up at the March City Council meeting.
