Thursday, September 11 is another busy DMC day. Three meetings are scheduled and open to the public including the next DMCC board meeting. Below is a short description of each meeting and what to expect, along with any available meeting materials.

DMCC/EDA Joint Working Session

This is a joint working session between the two boards of DMC: the Destination Medical Center Corporation (DMCC) and the Economic Development Agency (EDA). Board members will discuss the progress of the DMC development plan with the consultants. This meeting tends to be an in-depth conversation about elements of the DMC development plan. Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend the meeting; however, there is not an opportunity for public comments during this assembly. A quorum of the Board of Directors of the Destination Medical Center Corporation may be present.
Third Public Forum
Mayo Civic Center, Presentation Hall
6:30-9 p.m.
This event is the third in a series of public forums and one of many steps to engage the public in the DMC development plan process over the next year. The forum’s purpose is to update the community on the planning progress. The DMC planning consultants will provide an overview of what information they have gathered so far as well as more detailed insights into the DMC development plan. There will be time for public feedback during this event.
