Directions to the Mayo Civic Center:
Convenient parking is available in the 1st Street Parking Ramp (507-282-4545), next to the UMR Student Housing in downtown Rochester or in the Civic Center Ramp, across the street. A skyway is located on the 2nd level of parking. Take the skyway crossing Civic Center Drive to enter the Civic Center on the 2nd floor. Use the elevator to access the 1st floor.
Proposed Modification to the Destination Medical Center Development Plan:
The Destination Medical Center Corporation will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.43, subds. 1 and 4, at its meeting that begins at 9:30 AM on Thursday, September 25, 2025 to consider a proposed modification to the Destination Medical Center Development District, the geographic area in the City of Rochester in which public infrastructure projects are implemented.
