Description
As a clean energy nerd concerned about climate change, Katie Jones has strong goals in building a low carbon-intensive house. But that doesn’t mean homesteading in the country. She’s building a strawbale home as infill density in Minneapolis. Here, she describes her experience in navigating design and material decision-making, city approval successes and challenges, and the community build process.
