Description
Following the 2020 Census, Rochester is required to redraw ward boundaries to create wards with as practicable an equal population as possible. We will cover how are the lines shifting and what impacts those shifts may have.
OUR PRESENTER
Heather J. Heyer is a Management Analyst with the City of Rochester. Heyer joined the City of Rochester in April of 2021 and has been working on the City’s Redistricting efforts since the fall of 2021. Prior to joining the City of Rochester, Heyer served as the Voter Services Manager for the City and County of Denver, Colorado. Heyer has a Master’s in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
