Directions to the Mayo Civic Center:
Convenient parking is available in the 1st Street Parking Ramp (507-282-4545), next to the UMR Student Housing in downtown Rochester or in the Civic Center Ramp, across the street. A skyway is located on the 2nd level of parking. Take the skyway crossing Civic Center Drive to enter the Civic Center on the 2nd floor. Use the elevator to access the 1st floor.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.02, if interactive technology is used to conduct a meeting, to the extent practical, the Board shall allow a person to monitor the meeting electronically from a remote location. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.02, subdivision 4, members of the Board may participate in the meeting by interactive technology.

*Immediately following the Destination Medical Center Corporation meeting, a joint meeting is planned with the Rochester City Council, the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners, and the Destination Medical Center Economic Development Agency Board of Directors, in Suites 110 – 111 of the Mayo Civic Center. A quorum of the Destination Medical Center Corporation Board of Directors may be present.

*Immediately following the joint meeting, the Destination Medical Center Corporation Board of Directors, along with members of the Rochester City Council, the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners, and the Destination Medical Center Economic Development Agency Board of Directors, will participate in an educational bus tour of various projects within the Destination Medical Center development district. A quorum of the Destination Medical Center Corporation Board of Directors may be present. No official action will be taken during the bus tour.

The bus will depart from the Mayo Civic Center at 1:00 p.m. and is expected to return at 2:00 p.m. Members of the public who desire to participate are encouraged to notify DMC EDA Director of Communications Jamie Rothe at [email protected] in advance of their intended attendance.
