Project Manager, Equity in the Built Environment
Julie Brock is the project manager for the Equity in the Built Environment program, a joint effort between the City of Rochester and Workforce Development Incorporated. Her experience in K-12 education, workforce development, community-based organizations, business, and higher education uniquely positions Julie to make connections across sectors ensuring equitable access and retention within built environment industries. She is the owner of Julie Brock Consulting, focused on supporting people, teams, and organizations to become asset-based and grounded in confidence.

The Equity Alliance Equity Series is a monthly seminar sponsored by Destination Medical Center and the City of Rochester. The purpose is to introduce diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, build sustainable DEI community strategies, and build advocacy and allyship within the Rochester community. The series is held virtually on the second Wednesday of every month at noon.
