Rochester leaders are excited for the public introduction of Wakefield, a public art installation in the Peace Plaza for the Heart of the City phase 1 project. The community is invited to meet the local artist, Eric Anderson, and learn more about its history and evolution since the 2016 Placemakers Prototyping Festival.
